- Music recording contract
- Acting contract
- Modeling contract
- Merchandising agreement
- Contract for talent representation (e.g. talent agent or manager)
- And any other contractual arrangement that would prohibit the contestant from entering into a management contract, recording contract, talent contract, acting contract and/or merchandising contract
